Teina, a Christchurch native with roots in Invercargill, embodies the values of hard work and exceptional customer service. From a young age, Teina was immersed in the family business, laying the foundation for her strong work ethic and client-focused approach. With experience managing retail operations, coordinating support workers, working with and assisting families in finding better living solutions through government work, Teina brings a diverse skill set to the table.
As a devoted mother of two, Teina deeply understands the needs and concerns of families, particularly when navigating school zoning decisions and properties well suited for the size of family. A natural leader, she has excelled in various roles, from leading her kapa haka group to captaining sports teams. Beyond her professional pursuits, Teina has pursued her passion for performing arts, engaging in vocal and theatre performances post-high school to then following through to Excel, school of performing arts.
Guided by a commitment to success and customer satisfaction, Teina continues to uphold the values instilled in her through her upbringing in a hardworking family. Her journey is a testament to her dedication to excellence in all aspects of her life.
Teina is no stranger to sales and after care service, she has spent years in sales of door-to-door sales, phone service sales and networking with business and stakeholders, where she thrived on building lasting relationships with her clients and providing customer satisfaction. She has been in the front line working with employees she has managed retail stores, to managing 50 or more support workers and clients in daily cares and rostering client cares while keeping exceptional communication between the family and the business she was representing. There is nothing Teina can’t do when it comes down to her clients.
The thrill is in helping those who can’t help themselves and absorbing the customer satisfaction always.
