Originally from the picturesque town of Te Anau, Nicola relocated to Christchurch in 2016. With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including managing and setting up cafes and restaurants across New Zealand and Australia, she has developed a strong foundation in customer service and problem-solving.
Her journey in property management began five years ago, she has a deep understanding of both tenant and landlord needs. Nicola has since immersed herself in property management, growing her knowledge and expertise, particularly around the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA), which she is passionate about.
Nicola is committed to clear, open communication with both landlords and tenants, ensuring that everyone is always in the loop when it comes to property matters. She thrives in a collaborative team environment and enjoys taking on new projects and challenges. Over the years, She has built strong relationships with fantastic contractors, which has helped her provide excellent service to both landlords and tenants alike.
Outside of work, she enjoys going on walks, growing vegetables, and nurturing butterflies. She also spends time with her 4-year-old niece and loves taking her Jimny 4×4 on road trips.
