AML Privacy Policy

Holmwood Real Estate Limited collects personal information from you, including information about your name, contact information, residential address and if applicable, documents for your Trust/Company/Partnership/Estate.

We collect this information in order to meet the requirements of the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering of Terrorism Act 2009 (AML/CFT).

We keep your information safe by storing it in an encrypted file server, and only allowing authorised staff to have access to it. We also use a third-party Identification Verification service provider specifically for AML/CFT verification purposes.
